Find out where AI fits in your business.
One working session. One clear report.
$500 flat. Founding client rate: $250.
The ProblemYou're too busy running your business to research AI.You suspect you're leaving time and money on the table.
Dropped follow-ups.
Admin that eats your evenings.
Work that lives entirely in your head.
Things that feel like they shouldn't need a human anymore.
But you don't know what AI can be used to reasonably fix, and you don't trust the people shouting about it.I help you close that gap.
What You Get

A 90-minute working session. We walk through how your business runs day-to-day: how work comes in, how it gets done, where things fall through the cracks, etc.
A detailed written report within 5 business days. It identifies the top 3-to-5 specific opportunities where AI workflow improvements will save you time, recover lost revenue, or reduce dropped balls. Ranked by ease, cost, and likely payoff. Includes recommended next steps and what to do first.
A 15-minute follow-up call to walk through the findings and answer your questions.
You'll also learn what's not worth bothering with, which saves you from wasting money on tools that don't fit.
Who This Is For
This is for you if:
You own or run a small business, a solo practice, or a small team.
You or your people spend hours each week on repetitive admin, follow-up, scheduling, or documentation.
You've wondered "should we be using AI for this?" and never had time to find out.
You want a straight answer from someone with no tool to sell you.
Who I Am
My name is Dean. I have spent more than 20 years leading software teams, improving business processes, and helping organizations decide which technology is worth adopting.

Now I'm bringing that same work to small businesses directly, without the enterprise price tag or the 40-page strategy deck.
Pricing
$500 flat. Everything included.
No hourly fee and no upsell agreement required to get value.
Founding client rate: $250 for my first five clients, in exchange for candid feedback that will help refine the service. Testimonials are optional.
